The personal part
WhyMonk?
Lemoine translates to “the monk” in French. It is our family name, so Monk gave the company a personal link to us without simply putting our surname on the door.
About Monk Media
We started Monk Media to bring big-team experience together with the speed, care, and creative spark of a hands-on studio.

Why we exist
We kept seeing brilliant people asked to absorb nonstop change through static, one-size-fits-all training. It did not feel useful. It definitely did not feel human.
So we built the partner we wanted to work with: curious, clear, creative, and close to the real job. We lean in, learn how your team works, and ask enough questions to understand the goal behind the request.
You will work directly with us from the first conversation to the final polish.
Our name, our story
The name started with a simple question: how could we build something creative that still felt true to who we are?
The personal part
Lemoine translates to “the monk” in French. It is our family name, so Monk gave the company a personal link to us without simply putting our surname on the door.
The creative part
Our first idea was to create rich learning media for teams. Media felt right because useful learning does not belong in one format. It can be a video, a live experience, a practical tool, a thoughtful system, or whatever helps a team move forward.
Built together
We wanted to combine our strengths and build something of our own, together.
Monk Media became the place where our family name and our shared belief in learning through many formats could meet.
The founders
We do not arrive with a prebuilt answer. We learn your goals, get close to the work, and build alongside your team until the right solution becomes clear.
